Packaging Staging and Shipping: Bundled custom innerspring assemblies are staged in this area for shipping. Custom furniture assemblies are compressed and bundled here as well.

Custom Innerspring Assembly: In this area, pocket spring modules are arranged into zones to create custom innerspring assemblies specific to each customer.

Modular Assembly Area: Long strips of pocket spring modules are staged in this area in preparation for custom innerspring assembly construction.

Pocket Spring Manufacturing: This area houses our patented pocket spring machines that take raw ingredients to create long strips of pocket springs that are ejected from the Modular Assembly Machine.

Innerspring Assembly: This machine takes long strips of pocket spring modules and pre-configures them into innerspring assemblies.
