How do we make a superior pocket spring? Our patented system eliminates the need to turn the coil in its pocket, reducing stress on the non-woven fabric casing. It also creates a unique closing seam that eliminates the lean and false loft found in conventionally manufactured coils. The result: an exceptionally comfortable, durable pocket spring.

Custom Solutions For Your Supply Chain
At TPS, we go beyond manufacturing our exceptional pocket spring. We work closely with our valued customers to provide custom, pre-assembled mattress and furniture inner-springs that are bundled and shipped directly to the manufacturer on a just-in-time basis.

Quality Control
Our primary focus is to provide our valued customers with a quality product. Currently, we open and inspect fully 10% of the Pocket Springs that come off our line. Our Quality Control officer has the authority to stop the production at any point and make any adjustment necessary to insure the quality of our products.

Safety
