Power-loaded Coils
Power-loaded coils, also known as pre-loaded or power-packing, significantly improves the durability of the coil system and eliminates sag by utilizing a coil that is 2" taller than the pocket. When the coil is encased in the fabric, it must be pre-loaded to fit which means it's constantly applying force to the pocket, preventing sagging.
Zoning Options
Whether you require a single zone, 3 or 5 zones, we have options for virtually all of our QUADCOIL systems. Choose without edge support, side support or edge support around the entire system.
Height Profiles
We provide a number of coil options which includes height options. The Micro Coil starts at 2.5" and we have QUADCOIL products ranging from 4" all the way up to 10".

Our Patented Glueless technology reduces the system weight and shipping cost, is 100% sustainable and much more durable.
PowerBand
The PowerBand is a belt designed to provide increased coil stability to the system by preventing leaning and coil migration. By having this additional support in place, the QUADCOIL maintains its integrity over traditional pocketed spring systems.
FULL EDGE SUPPORT
The Full Edge Support package is part of our premium line of product enhancements that provides a firmer edge-to-edge outer row of coils for increased durability and usable surface of the product.
SIDE EDGE SUPPORT
The Side Edge Support package is our most popular product enhancement that provides a firmer outer row of coils along the sides of the bed for increased durability and usable surface of the product.
NO EDGE SUPPORT
For those not requiring an edge support or needing to utilize a foam encasement, the No Edge Support option is the recommended product.

The belt around the girth of the QUADCOIL, ensures that all coils are held in an upright position, eliminating leaning coils, allowing each coil to perform 100% efficiently

The Flysheet (Skrim) changes the feel of the coils and makes the bed feel bouncier. The QUADCOIL eliminates the potential of layers of foam or other insulators from falling between the coils. Therefore it is not necessary to glue a skrim to top of the innerspring.

NO FALSE LOFT
Unlike conventional pocket coils which have a top closing seam, the belted QUADCOIL has a center seam, eliminating false loft. Two rows of pocket coils are Ultra-sonically welded together by a weld through this seam (belt) which results in a weld through eight layers of fabric, this ensures a lifetime weld.

NO NOISY FABRIC
Our patented technology eliminates the need to turn the coil in its pocket. (The conventional way of producing a pocketed coil turns the coil in its pocket) We can therefore use a softer more pliable and less noisy fabric to create the pockets.

When the coil is turned in its pocket the fabric can be damaged, allowing the coil to escape from its pocket damaging the mattress and potentially causing injury.

The Quad Micro+
Available in a 2.5” profile and 1344 coils, the Quad Micro+ is designed to mimic the feel of Latex and extend the comfort life of the mattress.
As a 7-turn coil with 17" & 18" guage choice, the Quad Micro+ includes edge support options. Reduces Roll off and extends the comfort life of the mattress. The Quad Mini will not take a set like a foam edge. as it's made with a proper coil (the same diameter as the rest of the coils on the unit).

GLUELESS ADVANTAGES
Great Feel
The welded bond is pliable and does not compromise the feel of the innerspring.
Adjustable Comfort
Changing the length of the weld can change the feel of the unit.
Heat-Resistent
Temperature does not affect welded bond. (Units loaded in semi-trailer can reach temperatures that exceed 140 degrees Fahrenheit which can adversely affect hot melt glue). Temperatures below freezing make glue brittle, which can cause the units to break apart.
Lower Weight
The welded bond will eliminate glue and reduce the unit weight.
More Permanent
The thermally welded bond is more permanent than a glue bond.
Environmentally-Friendly
The welded bond makes a more environmentally friendly unit.
